I was diagnosed 5 years ago with lichen planopiliaris and seborrheic dermatitis. I do not have any patches of hair loss, which leads me to believe i have the former diagnosis. I have spend lots of money on useless products and prescriptions. To prevent scrathing i tried rubber finger tips covers, hair toppers and self talk to stop this behavior but it never worked. It has effected my self esteem because of this OCD like repetitive scrathing and picking.

I've been using the Dermazen shampoo and the serum for 2 weeks now, and have not seen a lot of improvement. I've heard it may take longer for it to kick in, so I will keep doing the routine for a few more weeks. Overall, the shampoo is OK. Much better than other medicated dandruff shampoos I have tried. It smells better and builds up a good lather with just a little product, and seems to clean the scalp well.
The serum is very watery and I tend to get it all over the place! I try to get just a few drops, but it comes out quick no matter how I adjust the nozzle. It makes my hair and scalp very sticky and stiff, so it definitely needs a washout after use. It does sooth my scalp for a few hours, but then I'm back to the itch. I am really hoping this system works because I am at the end of my rope with this horribly itchy, painful scalp and massive flakes.

I have dx of seborrheic dermatitis. It's horrible and embarrassing. When coming across this product, I was really hopeful. However, my scalp got worse after months of trying it, amd when applying the serum, i have this burning sensation that irritates my scalp. Due to the expensive nature of the product, I had to get it from Amazon after using the site itself. Still been faithfully using and I have now bumps and irritation on my skin and still more flakes. I don't want a refund as I wamt to give the product a try but Wondering if instead I can get compensation through free products? Please help this really isn't the way I wanted it to workout as it was the last thing after trying everything and anything
