Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Oceanside, CA within 24 business hours (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and holidays.
If your order has not shipped within this timeframe, please check your email—our team may have requested additional verification before releasing your order for shipment.
Please note that once a package has left our facility, delivery times are subject to carrier delays, which are unfortunately outside of our control.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Order Changes: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or items. Click on your carrier to see if you are eligible to re-route your package via USPS or FedEx.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to investigate.
PO Boxes: USPS can deliver to PO boxes. FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes—please provide a street address if selecting FedEx 2Day at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with an expected delivery window of 2–5 business days.
- For expedited service, we offer FedEx 2Day, with an expected delivery time of 2 business days (not available for PO Boxes).
- Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
- While we work closely with our carriers, please keep in mind that occasional carrier delays can occur.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally, with the exception of Mexico, Spain, and South America due to their import restrictions.
- Our carriers require a valid phone number for all international shipments.
- Expedited international shipping is not currently available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
- International shipping charges at checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These are determined by each country’s customs agency and are not paid to nor retained by Dermazen.
- If your international order is returned to us for any reason (including unpaid customs, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery), it is not eligible for a refund.
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order leaves our facility, but delivery timelines can vary depending on local customs processing.
