This serum has been a Godsend. The other products in the line are great but this is the star player. Applying and massaging in are key, and then coupling the next day with the shampoo totally disrupts the cycle, dissolves patches and scaling, relieves the itchiness. If you're like me with extreme irritation, there will be an initial burning sensation but in the way you know its working deep! I also learned drying my hair is crucial afterwards to keep the growth and recurrence at bay in between serum applications.

This cleared up my inflammation and calmed it almost immediately. This is a must have. It does end up having my shorter hair feel a little chalky so I would consider applying it at night and then washing hair in the morning considering I have 4C hair.
