Are Dermazen products natural?
It depends how you define the term, but we get as close to earth-made ingredients as possible. We believe Mother Nature knows what she’s doing, so the majority of our ingredients come straight from the soil. We also cherish the miracle of modern science, so we call upon the powers of hyaluronic acid, urea, niacinamide (vitamin B3), and other remedies to give your skin the relief it needs. While some of these ingredients are formulated in a lab, they are all derived from natural sources like willow bark, sugar cane, and fruit.
Our goal is to create products that are safe for everyone’s skin. Every formula is free of sodium lauryl sulfate, parabens, fragrances, and other hormone-disrupting additives.
Note: Natural ingredients can have some color variation, which can affect the overall color of the product.
What is Dermazen’s return and refund policy?
Every formula we craft is a heartfelt promise to bring you peaceful skin and peace of mind. We understand that everyone's journey to serene skin is unique, and sometimes, a product might not be the perfect fit for you. If you find that our products aren't harmonizing with your skin, we're here to help: our refund policy allows anyone to try our products for 60 days. Do you offer wholesale orders to be able to sell retail?

Do you offer discounts?
If you're new to Dermazen, simply add 4 items or more to your cart, then use the code TRYZEN at checkout to receive the 4th item free. This code is limtied to 1 use per customer.
If you'd like to order more products in the future, we offer a generous 25% savings when you subscribe to any single products. This subscription option does not apply to bundles.
We also have a loyalty program to reward you with dollars off your future purchases when you order from our site, submit a product review, refer a friend, etc.
Besides these two options, we don’t offer discounts on our products. We create premium formulas with the best possible ingredients. We also invest in ongoing malassezia research to learn more about these emerging conditions. Discounting our products would limit our ability to fund further research and slow the development of new products. When it comes to pricing, we do our best to find the balance between affordable and sustainable.
We also offer interest-free installment plans for customers needing extra support. We don’t price to be a barrier for anyone looking for healthier skin. You can learn more about paying with installments during the checkout process.
