Refund Policy
Domestic Orders
Each Dermazen product is designed specifically for our community who struggle with moody skin. We are committed to helping you attain peaceful skin and peace of mind. Because of this, Dermazen has a 60-day refund policy on a single item (bundles not included). This is to help as many people as possible find relief. In some instances people find they do not get the results they are looking for. If you are one of these people, you will have 60 days, after receiving your item(s), to request a refund.
You must use the product for 14 days before you become eligible for a refund. We all know there is no cure for seborrheic dermatitis, but you can find relief from flare ups and discomfort and this takes time.
To start the refund process, please email us at support@dermazen.co with the subject: “Refund and your order number”.
We will not honor requests from social media platforms unless they include the email address associated with your order and your order number number.
If you purchase products with a subscription discount and forget to cancel your subscription before it reorders we will not honor refunds for shipped renewal orders.
International Orders
We do not offer any refunds or guarantees on international orders. We look forward to opening international distribution centers in the future. Until then, all international customers are responsible for their country’s duties, taxes, and import fees.
