I was frustrated, confused, and struggling to practice self-love with inflamed skin after 10 years of living with seborrheic dermatitis.
Driven by equal parts hope and desperation, I began crafting my own remedy. Once I discovered the fungus’ biofilm and the importance of oil-free treatment, everything changed.
Within days, my skin was clearer than ever. No bumps. No flakes. No itching. No embarrassment.
