Smells nice. For 4 weeks, I’ve been using every day or every other day along with a 3% salicylic acid shampoo along with the dermazen serum. The shampoo doesn’t burn. But I haven’t noticed any improvement in my scalp. I’ve had a severe patch since postpartum 2yrs ago. My dermatologist is ready to propose a systemic antifungal management 😫

I’ve tried various treatments for the last 10+ years and this is the first one that consistently controls, nearly eliminates, the intense itching and irritation. I’ve tried a few of the products and the best combination I’ve found is using the shampoo every 2-3 days followed by diluted moisturizing serum on extra flakey spots immediately post shower and then moisturizing serum all over 2+ hours before next hair wash. Very few physicians seem to understand the root cause even if some of the treatments make a dent, and it’s been such a physical and mental relief to find something that not just dulls the irritation the way ketoconozole and a steroid do but all but eliminates it. I read a lot of Reddit before trying as well, if that can save you some time.

I’ve used the shampoo along with the serum about 1-2x per week for the last month and while it does temporarily relieve itching and feels great on the scalp, I still get flaking. The picture is on wash day with no styling or leave ins added. I suspect my problem is dry scalp so I’m going to try using the moisturizer (I didn’t realize that recommendation until after I ordered).
